After a very cold and
rainy spring, the first sunny and worm weekend was OUR weekend!
First stop: the Pfanner Villa.

This
was an important family in LUcca during the 1800, and Medicine
Doctor Pfanner was also doctor of the Orzali Family |
Luxurious
internals .......

a splendid italian garden just inside the city walls, close to
San Frediano Church.

The
afternoon continues with the visit of the Botanic Garden in
Lucca, a pearl in the city center. Cicerone ...... our Pasquale!

who guided us in a
short walk inside the hidden tunnels below the famous city walls.
Sunday 16th June
11.00 a.m. :
the
S.Giorgio Church in Brancoli for the Holy Mass remembering all our
ancestors
and to tell us each
other our experiences and stories during the usual official lunch.
