34th SYMPOSIUM ORZALI
18 - 19 June 2022

June 18th
It is 4 PM,
we are back finally!
After two years of absence due to the pandemic, we met again for our "Symposium".
This year we are more than 50 of us, coming from United States, Denmark, Rome, Rieti, Brescia
and, of course, Lucca.
The particularly warm afternoon prevented special trips, but during the approach to Bagni di Lucca,
were dinner was planned in a farmhouse in the green Tuscan hills |
we stopped at the "Devil Bridge" and......

....to the Chain Bridge!!
|
Dururing the outdoor dinner we had the opportunity to have with us the
writers of a fantastic book on architect Gaetano Orzali. Architects
Maria Grazia Poggi and Vinicio Mazzuola have introduced the book
making the evening particularly exciting thanks to this beautiful work.

| the traditional lunch in the "a Palazzo" restaurant |

where our roman cousins gave us nice placemats
to remember the day
as like as the Orzali from Brancoli gave us a nice
poetry
|
|
Last but not least:
this is the second version of our family crest as showed us by Normano.
